Very good points. Also some corporate mediators want to get NDAs signed by victims in order to avoid other complainants coming forward with similar complaints about the same person. This saves money for the corporation, since after these two-sided NDAs, everything is secret. Not only in sexual harassment cases, but also in new home construction defect disputes in Ontario.
